Role Summary The Project Manager will support the execution of a multi-year private sector development program that aims to dramatically improve the SME investment ecosystem across East Africa. She or he will work with senior members of the team ensure the project is implemented to RENEW’s standards in Rwanda, and also support traiing and other office administration tasks as needed. The Project Manager will also
support a global implementation team ensuring that project outcomes specific to RENEW’s Rwanda
presence are being achieved and documented.
Successful candidates will have a strong background in business and/or investment work, and/or project
management. Successful candidates will be comfortable working in frontier markets, learning and working with foreign cultures, adaptive and emotionally intelligent, patient and an excellent communicator. Successful candidates will also be strong trainers, exceptional writers, and capable of handling data analysis and a variety of business and finance work. S/he will receive comprehensive onboarding and critical support from RENEW’s leadership team and will be involved in a high-impact role creating significant social and financial impact on the continent.
Responsibilities: • Supporting the execution of a key development project by achieving results and meticulously
delivering on all project milestones
• Participating in the development and ongoing maintenance of a collaborative company-wide M&E and reporting system that effectively captures the social impact of the firm, particularly in the area of gender equality
• Facilitating conversations across diverse groups of stakeholders
• Helping to develop and facilitate RENEW’s core gender-smart programs by training SMEs both virtually and in-person
• Working with the project lead to prepare project reports for clients that demonstrate RENEW’s
social impact results in a compelling and beautiful manner
• Managing internal communications progress meetings
• Reporting to and collaborating with RENEW’s management team on a regular basis to continuously improve SOPs and efficiency in delivering project results"> Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or development is preferred
• 5+ years experience in management consulting and/or finance. Consulting experience in both the private sector and with an international development firm focused on gender equality is a plus
• A keen eye for detail and sharp analytical skills
• Ability to meet project deadlines and achieve or exceed required results in collaboration with
teams
• Experience working on grant-based projects
• Proficiency in writing reports in English
• Strong project management skills – certification in project management is a plus
• Exposure to the finance or private equity world
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

Role Summary This critical role will be the head of operations and financial matters in-country, and the “eyes” and “ears” on the ground for the global Finance & Administration department. The individual will play a critical role in RENEW’s Rwanda office expansion by overseeing RENEW’s physical office space and financial and administrative operations and generally being a key represenativie of the company to a diverse set of stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a quick learner, capable of handling a diverse range of tasks, troubleshooting problems and designing and implementing creative solutions. Responsibilities:
• Managing RENEW’s in-country finances, petty cash, and banking operations
• Maintaining company assets such as vehicles, computers and other IT equipment
• Ensuring that RENEW’s physical office space is maintained and constantly upholding the
company’s brand as a top international firm
• Transporting RENEW team members to and from meetings, as needed
• Working to help onboard and manage HR aspects of the RENEW team, while acting as a leader
of the company’s culture and values
• Supporting the procurement of all office supplies for RENEW
• Support the operations team to ensure RENEW business documents are kept up to date
• Ensuring compliance of administration, finance and policies and procedures with regulations and RENEW’s internal policies
• Acting as a local support to the offshore Finance & Administration team
• Taking on ad hoc operations and finance tasks as requested
Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or any related field
• Valid driving license and a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a driver and office manager
• Flexible, willing to work outside normal office hours and during weekends, on an as needed basis

• Good organizational and administrative skills with an ability to work well under pressure

Role Summary The Marketing Associate will assist in the planning and implementation of marketing and advertising
activities. She or he will work closely with the Director of Marketing, conduct research, create copy, and
follow trends. In addition, she or he will liaise with clients, assist with social media accounts, help with
event planning, and design marketing materials.
The successful candidate will stay up-to-date with style guides and marketing trends, be a good writer
and speaker, possess excellent administrative and presentation skills, have experience with graphics
editing software and other relevant marketing tools.
Responsibilities: • Gather relevant data on stakeholders
• Helping to plan and implement advertising campaigns and promotional events
• Assist with creating compelling marketing materials (proposals, presentations, blog posts, etc)
• with the leadership of the Director of Marketing
• Ensuring the Marketing unit runs smoothly by adeptly managing administrative tasks
• Helping to run RENEW’s website and social media accounts
• Maintaining an organized record of all marketing metrics and advertising campaigns
• Ensuring brand consistency in the organization" Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and relevant techniques
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
• 5+ years experience in marketing, sales, communications, or other similar roles
• Proficient use of computer programs٫ including G suite / MS Office, graphic design software٫ web
• analytics, and Google Adwords
• Excellent skills in the areas of communication (both oral and written)٫ presentation٫ and analysis
• Experience with SEO campaigns
• Working knowledge with CRM programs
