JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.
• Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements.
• Manage resources and audit assignments.
• Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
• Undertake internal audits to ensure the company meets its financial, operational and compliance objectives
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice.
• Report control deficiencies to management and making recommendations to mitigate risk and add value
• Implement the annual Internal Audit plan

Education And Experience
• He/she must have A minimum of (A0) bachelor’s degree level in Finance or Accounting
• He/she must 3 years of working experience in internal auditing, risk managements
• Certified Public Accountant or ACCA, or currently undertaking CPA or ACCA is an added advantage
• Registration with relevant professional body.

Skills And Abilities
• Extensive knowledge of fraud investigation technique, financial and internal auditing principals and methodology
• Knowledge of the hospital regulatory, legislative and financial management regulatory framework
• Ability to prepare and execute audit coverage plans
• Proven skills including preparation, implementation and management of strategic, operational and financial plans projects
