REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST N°: 003/S/REOI/BSC/2024

TITLE: HIRING OF NATIONAL INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANT FOR DOMAIN & EXCHANGE MIGRATION, HIGH AVAILABILITY and ARCHIVING SOLUTION

1. Background information

Broadband Systems Corporation, PLC (“BSC Plc”) is a licensed Internet Service Provider (ISP) that is incorporated under the laws and regulations of the Republic of Rwanda. The company is engaged in the business of providing advanced Information and Communication Technology (“ICT”) services based on broadband connectivity.

2. BSC Plc now invites qualified individual consultant to submit their expression of interest for Domains & Exchange Migration, High Availability and Archiving Solution on behalf of BSC Plc as per details provided in this document.
3. More details on the consultancy are provided in the Terms of Reference included in this REOI.
4. The REOI can be downloaded from bsc.rw or obtained free of charge from BSC Plc procurement office at Remera, Airport Road (KN5 RD), Opposite Chez Lando.
5. Consultant will be selected under Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method of selection and procedures described in this Request for Proposal documents (REOI).
6. All applications to be addressed to The Chief Executive Officer C/O Procurement Office BSC PLC offices, located at Remera Airport Road (KN5 RD), opposite Chez Lando. please contact the procurement@bsc.rw for any required clarifications.
7. Well printed EOI separate in two inner envelops and sealed in one outer envelope, properly bound and presented in Three copies one of which is the original must reach the reception at the address mentioned above or through procurement@bsc.rw not later than 26/06/2024 at 10:00 a.m. Late proposals will be rejected and returned unopened.
8. Technical Proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at BSC PLC conference room on 26/06/2024 at 10:30 a.m.
