Job Responsibilities:
1.Leadership-
• Managing a team of highly technical individuals.
• Enable your team to operate effectively 24×7, in line with customer demand and contractual requirement.
• Strong organizational skills to lead the Technical Services Team in prioritizing appropriately to meet the business needs.
• Drive culture change and organization integration including people, process and systems.
• Review risks within your team and the services you are accountable for, review regularly and escalate accordingly
• To adhere to all company policies and processes as communicated by line management
• The maintenance forecast provided for each Mobishops
• Write reports on scheduled field visits with ideas on improvements needed to support the department.
• Identify Service network mapping Gaps in the assigned area and advise area manager for recruitment of new technicians.
2.Functional-
• Responsibility to ensure all best practice maintenance is completed to ensure maximum reliability of all services ( Installation , Maintenance & Operations)
• Participation and management of an on-call ,ensuring adequate business support of the operations
• Support process to ensures timely Installations conducted to fulfil customer promise
• Service Quality, customer satisfaction for the maintenance service and Installation
• Provide guidance and support to Technical service managers in delivering a Gold standard Service to customers
• High level Technical management in order to lead multiple technical teams
• Act as an Escalation point for all Technical Service Managers where required
• Provide input to future direction and service improvement for the Technical service( Service Network & Operations) management function
• Directly interact with clients, account managers, technical teams and 3rd parties in order to co-ordinate rapid and effective response to major incidents
• To provide proactive drive and guidance to Problem Management in order to improve process and ensure technical focus is given in order to drive problem records
• Support and be part of an Out of Hours Management escalation process

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical engineering from a recognized institution or any related social sciences studies
• Minimum 8+ professional experience in handling installations and maintenance.
• Proven ability or experience in team management
• Field task-oriented and experience will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Rwanda's environmental impact assessment will be an added advantage.
• strong customer-oriented approach
• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
• A confident character with the ability to deal effectively from senior-level management down to the junior technical level
• Multicultural team player, committed to delivering on time, Stress management
• Ability to inspire, lead and provide guidance to technical engineers and teams in best practice in Installation, Maintenance, and Operational Environments.
• Fluency in English, Kinyarwanda
• Computer literacy in MS Office
• Fluency in Kinyarwanda, English knowledge of French is an additional value
