Job Responsibilities
BOOKKEEPING AND FINANCE (90%)
• Bookkeeping and recording transactions in the accounting software
• Petty cash management
• Maintain filing systems for revenues and expenses
• Preparing payment requests
• Bank deposits and checkbook requests
• Monthly accounts reconciliation
• Provide assistance in bank reconciliations
• Preparation for annual company audit
• Support coordination with AEC Rwanda Trustee Loan program
• Provide support to the Senior Accounting Manager, Director of Finance & Administration and other Company Management.
• Phone credit Management GENERAL ADMINISTRATION (10%)
• Clerical duties including filing and photocopying
• Collecting supporting documents from staff and suppliers
• Provide support to the Administration Manager in preparation for the Annual Staff retreat

• 3+ years of work experience in relevant or applicable field

• Strong accounting skills and financial policies
• Excellent computer skills, especially with MS Excel and Word
• Good written and oral communications skill
