EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR DEEP DIAMOND DRILLING SERVICES AT TRINITY NYAKABINGO MINES LTD

Trinity Nyakabingo Mine Limited (Former Eurotrade International Limited) is a Rwanda-registered Mining company that holds a 25-year mining license in Rulindo District, Northern Province, Rwanda.

The license grants Trinity Nyakabingo Mine rights to explore and exploit Tungsten at Nyakabingo deposit over a 400ha surface area. Since 2008, the company undertook mining activities in underground mining operations.

In order to gain a better understanding of the mineral deposit and to support the ongoing resources definition, Trinity Nyakabingo aims to embark on a diamond drilling campaign, initially with two deep holes to test the depth extent of the mineralized veins and the host graphitic shale package.

DRILLING SERVICES SCOPE

A 1400-meter diamond drill program is required to test quartz veins target at depths of up to 700m.

The current plan is for 2 holes to planned depths of 700m each. Core size required is PQ from 0-100 meters HQ from 101-400 meters and NQ beyond that. Provide a capable drill rig with a proven deep drilling capacity rated beyond 800 meters. Plan, manage and supervise the drilling crew and drilling equipment with adherence to international and company health and safety standards.

All interested parties should submit Expressions of Interest in accordance with the below requirements complete with supporting documents.

• Application Letter introducing your Company and a brief business profile.
• Certificate of domestic company registration issued by RDB
• VAT Registration where applicable
• Valid tax clearance issued by RRA
• Scope and value of previous Drilling Projects undertaken in Rwanda or in other countries

Selected tenderers will be provided an Official Enquiry document and be required to attend a Sept 2024 Compulsory Site/Zoom Meeting at Trinity Nyakabingo Mines Ltd.
