UMWALIMU SACCO (Savings and Credit Cooperative for Rwandan Teachers) hereby invites sealed competitive bids from qualified. Eligible and experienced companies registered in Rwanda, for provision of “Design creation and review, preparation of BOQ and supervision services for its different construction/rehabilitation projects”.

Competent bidders can obtain the details of the tender along with the terms & conditions from Umwalimu SACCO Head office KIMIRONKO-GASABO-KIGALI; Street No: KG 205 ^ST on any working day with effect from 21/06/2024 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan francs (FRW10,000) on account No.00040-00288891-58 of UMWALIMU SACCO opened in Bank of Kigali

Prices quoted shall be inclusive of any applicable taxes and shall remain valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender.

Well detailed bids containing three copies: sone original copy and two other copies with a mention of the outer envelope “Design Creation and review, preparation of Bills of quantities (BOQ) and supervision services for its different construction/rehabilitation projects” shall be presented to Umwalimu SACCO Head office in the General Secretariat in a sealed envelope addressed to the Director General of Umwalimu SACCO, P.O BOX 2257 KIGALI, not later than 12/07/2024 at 10:00 AM Local time. The public opening of the bids shall be held on the same day at 10:30 AM Local time in the Umwalimu SACCO Conference room. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
