JOB DETAILS:
Ensure timeliness, accuracy, completeness of data collected at the health facilities
• Supervise and provide instructions for workers collecting and tabulating data.
• Collection, analysis, interpretation and production of health center Statistics
• Report results of statistical analyses, including information in the form of graphs, charts, and
tables.
• Consolidate statistical reports from different services and projects operating under
health center.
• Provide reports of birth, death audit, disease surveillance and other HMIS reports to the
supervisors
• Data entry and actively participate in internal and external data quality assessment
• Supervise health centers in the catchment area to verify the reliability and quality of data.
• Participate in health center operational research and monitoring& evaluation activity
• Perform other related duties as required by his/her supervisor
