We’ve joined hands with third-party payers, drug manufacturers and healthcare providers to develop products and services that directly reduce the costs of prescription drugs for patients. In only a few years, we’ve managed to provide low-cost, high-quality medicines to hundreds of thousands of patients across five African countries (Ghana, Nigeria, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Kenya).
Position Description
mPharma is looking for a responsible and trustworthy professional to handle the effective management of customer orders from order placement to deliver, internal and external customer engagements consistently and on time as well as be in charge of warehouse operations and activities in line with best practices and with the company's budget in mind
Key Responsibilities
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Processing orders and requests.
• Communicating and coordinating with internal stakeholders as necessary.
• To ensure orders are supplied in time and in full so as to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a product expert and provide existing customers with technical and product support where necessary.
• Coordinate with Inventory Controller to provide solutions to any issues around monthly audits/billing etc.
• Interface with procurement to ensure all orders are fully serviced within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with Inventory Controller to manage the end-to-end month end stock count process.
• Provide routine analysis on sales fulfillment and volume fulfillment rate.
• Manage and oversee the Customer Service and Distribution team, to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables and targets are achieved in line with the company's policy.
• Be responsible for the overall end to end- “customer order placement” to “customer order delivery”.
• Coordinate with the Customer Service and Distribution team to ensure day-to-day efficient and effective logistics for customer orders.
• Manage and oversee the Customer Service and Distribution team to ensure maintenance and servicing of all warehouse Delivery Vans
• Manage and oversee the Customer Service and Distribution team to ensure proper stock management in the warehouse - FEFO, Inventory Record Accuracy, stock control, and month-end reconciliation.
• Other functions as directed by the Supply Chain Manager

• A strong work ethic and a proactive “can do” attitude that requires minimal supervision
• Fluent English with excellent writing, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
• Experience working in a pharma/healthcare environment
• A self-starter who can multitask while consistently producing high quality deliverables.
