UMUTANGUHA Finance Company (UFC) Plc, a company duly registered in the office of the Registrar General under company code number 101310843, licensed by National Bank of Rwanda to operate as Micro Finance Institution (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by its own budget towards the cost of the “ construction of two (2) strong room for BIREMBO and BUSASAMANA Branches”, would like to invite all interested and eligible bidders to submit their offer for the aforementioned tender for the period of 30 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.

A site visit is scheduled to take place on Thursday 7^th October 2024,1.00pm at UFC Plc Birembo Branch located in Ngororero District, Sovu Sector, Birembo Cell, Kabayengo Village and at UFC Plc Busasamana Branch on Friday 8^th October 2024 located in Rubavu District, Busasamana Sector, Gihonga Cell, Marumba Village.

Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 2 copies of which one is the original have to reach at the Human Resource and Administration Department of UMUTANGUHA FINANCE COMPANY Plc at the address mentioned above not later than Thursday 17^th October 2024 at 10.00am local hours. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on Thursday 17^th October 2024 at 10.30am in the Boardroom of UFC Plc Head Office.
