RwandAir Ltd, (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

RwandAir invites eligible bidders to submit bids for Construction of Resting Shade as indicated in details in the statement of Requirements.

Tender Documents in English may be obtained from RwandAir Procurement Office located, Kigali International Airport 2^nd floor upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of (Rwf 10,000) Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs to Account N° 010-5003664-01-74 opened at I&M bank or USD 10 on account no 5003664-02-71(USD) opened at I&M bank with swift IMRWRWRW. All the two accounts are in the names of RwandAir Ltd. The Payment proof should bear the following ‘Purchasing of Tender Document 211/WB/03/2023-2024 for Construction of Resting Shade

Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 7^th, March 2024 RwandAir, Procurement Office at Head Office located at Kigali International Airport from 9:00am to 17:00pm.

A compulsory site visit is scheduled on 19^th, March 2024at 11:00 a.m. local time at RwandAir Head Office at Kigali International Airport. Interested bidders will be required to submit National Identification card and or passports of the representatives who will be attending site visit at least Five (5) days prior to the site visit date for access purposes and the visitor must be among the Key personnel to be presented in this tender.

Well printed bids properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach the RwandAir procurement office at the address mentioned above Not later than 3^rd, April 2024 at 11:00 am (local time). The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender reference no. 211/WB/03/2023-2024 with title as Construction of Resting Shade. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.  

All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security Two Million Sixty-Six Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety-Six Rwandan Francs (2,066,896 Rwf) issued by any commercial bank or a reputable financial.

Bids will be opened same day of submission in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at RwandAir Head Office, Kigali International Airport2^nd floor in the main boardroom at 11:30am or 9:30 am GTM. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the bid submission deadline.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the RwandAir Procurement Policy and procedure manual as amended to date.

RwandAir, however, reserves all the rights to cancel this tender any time before contract is signed without incurring any liability to the bidders.
