JOB DETAILS:
Job Description

• Manage petty cash in accordance with applied rules;
  
• Hold petty register for the Institution;
  
• Regularly record revenues and pay outs and file transaction documents;
  
• Maintain proper records;
  
• Make a monthly, quarterly, annually report
  
• Ensure awareness of law and regulation related to financial matters;
  
• Comply with the Institution procedures or instruction regarding financial matters
  
• Perform any other tasks assigned by his/her supervisor
  Job Profile
  Advanced Diploma (A1) in Accounting or Finance. Key technical skills and knowledge required:
  
• Knowledge of cost analysis techniques;
  
• Knowledge to analyze complex financial information & Produce reports
  
• Deep understanding of financial accounts;
  
• Planning and organizational skills;
  
• Communication skills;
  
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Financial software (SMART IFMIS);
  
• Judgment & Decision Making Skills;
  
• High Analytical Skills
  
• Interpersonal skills;
  
• Complex Problem solving and Time management Skills
  
• Flexibility Skills;
  
• Fluent in Kinyarwanda and English or French
