Background
IPC, “Initiative pour la participation Citoyenne” is a local non-governmental organization composed of 5 local civil society organizations namely SDA-IRIBA; IPFG; EAR Kigeme Diocese; UNICOOPAGI and CDJP Gikongoro. It considers itself as a bridging entity between citizens and local government. It aims at promoting socio-economic development and strengthening citizen participation in the planning and monitoring processes of local governments. It is based in Gasaka Sector Nyamagabe District, Southern province of Rwanda, and operates in Nyamagabe, Nyaruguru, and Nyamasheke.

Promote citizen participation through a framework of exchange, consultation, and joint actions to improve the living conditions of the target populations.
Geographical Coverage
IPC is implementing projects in Nyamagabe, Nyaruguru, and Nyamasheke Districts where it supports its beneficiaries through the following intervention areas:
• Citizen participation
• Socio-economic development
Target group
Citizens, communities, and local authorities in the area of intervention.
To achieve its objectives, IPC is implementing different projects in Nyamagabe, Nyaruguru, and Nyamasheke District on funds from different donors including GIZ and the European Union. IPC secured funding from the European Union to support the implementation of the project entitled” Improve adaptation and mitigation capacities for target communities against COVID-19 effect in Rwanda.” Which will be implemented in Nyamagabe, Nyaruguru and Nyamasheke Districts of Rwanda.
This regard, IPC is looking for competent and reputable suppliers or service providers to supply/or provide the following goods and services: .

Job application procedure
Interested, capable, and eligible companies or business groups are required to submit the following documents:
1. Registration (TIN number);
2. Prior experience (Statement/Certificate of services rendered) ;
3. Relevant references ;
4. Quotation showing unity costs per district (reparation, fuel, lubricants included i.e in charge of the applicant);
5. Vehicle Insurance valid until December 2020
6. Vehicles to be used should be strong and familiar with rural areas.
The required documents should be submitted to IPC’s office located in Nyamagabe District at SDA IRIBA near Nyamagabe District office not later than Thursday 13th August 2020 by 5h00 p.m. The application documents should be sent by hard copies in IPC’s secretariat not later than the time stated above. Note that the unity costs should be inclusive of tax and quoted in Rwandan Francs (RWF) exclusively.
