With much pleasure, TIMTOM AVIATION is calling for the public whether from Rwanda or international students to apply for courses offered in Civil Aviation Management, Airline and Airport Management, Travel and Tourism Management. We have also Special Training on (Irembo Services, Tax Declaration, Visa Application Assistance, EBM, Microsoft Office Courses!), and UI/UX Designer Courses. These courses are professionally and internationally recognized certificates and diplomas awarded in partnership with IATA, ICAO and SACCA Institute of Freight and Tourism. Registration is done all the time during working hours and working days from Monday to Friday; from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM and we have intakes in March, June, September and December every year.

2.0. COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Timtom Aviation was established in 2017 with major focus on training, consultancy and offering Air ticket services, and yet we are offering trainings on courses related to Airport and Airline Management, Travel and Tourism courses, we award international professional certificates and diplomas in partnership with ICAO, IATA and SACCA Institute of Freight and Tourism. A large number of students have completed with IATA, IACO and local certificates through TIMTOM Aviation.

TIMTOM AVIATION also offers other services related to hospitality and tourism, these include; Air ticketing, Admission and Visa application assistance, hotel reservations, travel insurance and international tour packages.

         4.0 REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION

Interested persons to study these aviation professional courses should submit the following documents:

1. Having at least an advanced certificate of secondary school A2 with principal pass, or equivalent certificate obtained from any recognized academic institution or nation.
2. A good understanding of written and spoken English,
3. world geography and basic mathematics are essential for those who are joining the foundation in travel and tourism and cargo introductory.
4. To pass a pre-admission exam before registration
5. Some knowledge of travel and tourism
6. Desire to work in the travel and tourism industry
7. An identification document (National identity card or passport)
8. Payment for the registration fees of 50,000 RWF included in the course fees above once passed the entry exam.

N.B: These requirements are not applied to all ICT students and internees
