CALL FOR PROPOSAL FOR THE FINAL EVALUATION OF BMZ-Quality Care Project
Tender reference no: 001/SOS-CV/NCB/CS/2024
SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA hereby invites sealed Proposal from eligible firms or service providers specialized in consultancy particularly to carry out survey to determine the progress of BMZ-Quality Care Project implementation in the period between 2020-2023.
The assignment is open and equal to all firms/service providers both national and international who fulfils the requirements as set in ToRs and specialized in the field. The firms must be registered with Rwanda Development Board or any other authorized Institutions in their respective countries and should not be at any the blacklist record of any other recognized national, regional or international Institutions.
The tender is composed of one non-divisible lot and both proposals should be submitted online on the below e-mail. (Physical documents are not allowed). Both technical proposal and financial proposal shall be submitted in one e-mail but in separate pdf formats (One pdf for technical and one pdf for financial) on the same day of deadline of submission. Note that, the subject email should bear the reading (Submission proposal for Final Evaluation of BMZ)
The Terms of References and requirements may be obtained by lodging a request at sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org upon attachment of proof of purchase of ToRs of non-refundable fee of ten thousand (10,000 RWF) paid on account no: of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 400418314910177 SOS CV RWANDA TRUST ACCOUNT in BPR.

Well-presented proposals, properly organized, dated and stamped in one pdf format must be sent to SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA through the e-mail: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org, not later than 23rd/January/2024 at 5:00 PM. Late bids will be rejected. The bidding process shall follow both advert procedures and Terms of References requirements.
