Global Nexus Institute, accredited by the National Computing Center (UK), aims to address the gap in tech education by empowering Rwandans and underrepresented groups with essential tech skills and certifications. Our training center offers courses in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cyber-Security, and Computer Basics. Founded in 2022 by university instructors, our institute's mission is to close the gap between academic knowledge and industry requirements.

Online Sessions:

• Wednesday: 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM (all)

In-Person Sessions:

Saturday / Sunday:

• 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM (DS/AI)
• 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM (SQL/CB)

Financial Assistance

We offer partial scholarships to make our training accessible for Data Science and AI:

• 30% Scholarship: Requires a payment of 200,000 RWF.
• 43% Scholarship: Requires a payment of 170,000 RWF for the two-month program for those who pay by August 10, 2024.

People with disabilities and teen mothers are encouraged to contact us for more opportunities and tailored support.

Installment Plan

We offer an installment plan for our students:

• First Installment: Pay 100,000 RWF initially.
• Second Installment: Pay the remaining amount at the end of the first month of training.

Certification

• Exam Supervision: Exams will be given by NCC and supervised by Global Nexus Institute.
• Certification Options: Students can choose to exit with a certificate from Global Nexus Institute after passing NCC exams or pay Certificate fees for an International Accredited Certificate from the National Computer Center (UK).

Training Location

• Online: Access your courses and attend online sessions from anywhere.
• In-Person: The training will take place near Kigali Heights at Digital Transformation Center Building, KG 541 St Career Center, 7th Floor.

Admission Requirements

For Data Science, AI and SQL

• Basic knowledge of IT or computer basics.
• Good command of English.
• Access to home internet.

For Computer Basics:

• No Requirements
• Access to home Internet
