This EDP is implemented by Vanguard Economics, and is a program of TradeMark Africa's work on the Value-added Initiative to Boost Employment (VIBE), a collaboration with the international Trade Center (ITC), Rwanda Development Board (RDB), and Mastercard Foundation. The VIBE Programme aims to increase dignified employment in Rwanda, particularly among women, youth, refugees, and persons with disabilties.
