Call For Scholarship Opportunity For Professional Dual Training In The Microfinance Sector RICEM (Rwanda Institute for Cooperative, Entrepreneurship, and Microfinance) was launched in June 2014 as a Vocational Technical Institute for the three pillars, namely Cooperatives, Entrepreneurship, and Microfinance. In partnership with AMIR (Association of Microfinance Institutions in Rwanda), RDB (Rwanda Development Board), and DSIK (German Sparkassenstiftung Eastern Africa), RICEM has been implementing the Dual Apprenticeship program in the Microfinance Sector since 2017.
