CALL FOR PROPOSAL FOR MID-TERM EVALUATION OF UBURUMBUKE IWACU Project

Tender reference no: 011/SOS-CV/NCB/CS/2024

SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA hereby invites sealed Proposal from eligible firms specialized in consultancy particularly to carry out final and mid-term evaluation of the project to determine the progress.

The assignment is open and equal to all firms both national or international that fulfils the requirements as set in ToRs and specialized in the field. The firms must be registered with Rwanda Development Board or any other authorized Institutions in their respective countries and should not be at any of the blacklist record of any other recognized national, regional or international Institutions.

The tender is composed of two proposals, one for technical and the second for financial proposals that shall be submitted online on an e-mail indicated on this advert. (Physical documents are not allowed). Both technical and financial proposals shall be submitted in One Single PDF document on the same day of deadline of submission. Note that, on the subject email should bear the reading (Midterm Evaluation of Uburumbuke Iwacu)

The Terms of References and requirements may be obtained by lodging a request at sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org upon attachment of proof of purchase of ToRs of non-refundable fee of five thousand (5,000 RWF) paid on account no: of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 400418314910177 SOS CV RWANDA TRUST ACCOUNT in BPR.

Well-presented proposals, properly organized, dated and stamped in one single pdf document format must be sent to SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA through the e-mail: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org, not later than 24^th/June/2024 at 5:00 PM. Late bids shall be rejected. The submission contrary to the advert and ToRs procedures shall be rejected as well. The evaluation process shall follow both advert and Terms of References requirements.
