  1. PRIME BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION (PBC) (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by TerraFund for AFR100. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

PRIME BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION (PBC) invites eligible bidders to submit bids for establishment of indigenous trees nursery and seedlings supply under the project ‘’Nurturing Indigenous Trees and Young Minds Through Landscape Restoration in Rubavu and Rutsiro’’

  1. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from Prime Biodiversity Conservation (PBC) ,KIGALI RWANDA Kicukiro DISTRICT Niboyi kk 329St in the Procurement Office upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of ten Thousand Rwanda Francs (10,000) account number in BK 100152157775 in the name of prime biodiversity conservation. And it can be requested at info@primebiodiversityconservation.org free of charge. Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from Monday to Friday.
  2. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Finance and Administration manager of PBC E-mail: info@primebiodiversityconservation.org 
  3. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three (3) copies one of which is the original must reach PBC Procurement Office at the address mentioned above no later than 07th March 2024 at 10:00AM. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
  4. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on 08th March 2024 at 11:00AM. at Prime Biodiversity

Conservation’s office.

  1. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
  2. The bids should be valid for a period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of announcement.
  3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 12/2007 of 27/03/2007 on Public Procurement as modified and completed to date.
