Auction Announcement for Different Items (cars and Motorcycles)
ADRA Rwanda wishes to auction some of its used items assembled at its head office at Kigali Kacyiru Sector in Gasabo District.
The Bidders are allowed to quote for different items during the auction. Items will be sold to the highest bidders. However, ADRA Rwanda reserves the right to reject the prices of the highest bidders if it is deemed to be below the organization minimum amount. The visit of the auction items is scheduled to take place starting on Tuesday the 8th February 2022 to 24th of February 2022. The visiting hours from Mondays to Thursdays will be from 09:00 am – 12:00 noon and from 2:30pm – 5:00pm. On Fridays, the visiting hours will be from 9:00am – 12:00 Noon.
Anybody interested in participating in the aunction will be required to present a proof of payment of 10,000Rwf (non refundable) to ADRA Rwanda administration Account # 00040-00291835-92 – bank of Kigali.

The auction will be done in public and the highest bidder will be declared the winner on condition that the bid is above the minimum price.
Successful bidders will be required to immediately issue a non-refundable cheque, in the names of ADRA Rwanda administration, equivalent to 30% of the total value of purchased items. The balance must be paid within 3 days.
The balance is required to be paid within 3 days from auction date and immediately take their items. Late picking of items will draw RWF 10,000 each day after 3 days from the auction date.
