JOB DETAILS:
RICEM is a technical and vocational institute for Cooperatives, Entrepreneurship, and Microfinance owned by the National Cooperatives Confederation of Rwanda (NCCR) and the Association of Microfinance Institutions in Rwanda (AMIR).
From its inception, RICEM has the mission to provide capacity building and other business advisory services to Cooperatives, Entrepreneurship and Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) through trainings, skills transfer, Consultancy, research, and Technical support.
RICEM is looking for an administrative assistant .
Job Responsibilities
In Administration
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Maintains filing system of records and documents in an organized, and confidential manner according
• Filling the incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
• Provide general support to visitors
• Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
• Assist with event planning and implementation.
Human resource
• Maintain HR filling
• Making the contract of new staff, consultant, suppliers,
• Coordinate the recruitment process
• Tracking staff leave
• Duly and faithfully perform the work or duties assigned to him and visit all places where the employer will need his services;
• Bring all his attention to the rational use of any material that has been entrusted to him;
• Refrain during or after working hours of all confidential information and maintain confidentiality;
• Devote full time to the regulations in force towards the interest of the employer;
• Refrain subject to authorization by the employer, even in the time off, from all work and competitive nature that may harm the performance of agreed services;
• Comply with all laws and regulations regulating the labor in Rwanda;
• Abide by the internal rules and regulations of the employer.

• Work experience of three years in Administration
• Advanced in Microsoft office: word, excel, PowerPoint
• Experience in administration
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• BSc in administration
