1. Rwanda broadcasting agency, RBA (hereinafter called “client”) intends to apply a portion of its ordinary budget to eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for bids is issued; RBA invites qualified national bidders to submit bids for the Acquisition of Radio program listener’s prizes for itetero RTV program, as indicated in the terms of reference. The tender is composed of one indivisible lot.
2. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from umucyo.gov.rw. Bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Declaration of commitment” and proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Eight Thousand One Hundred Rwandan francs (RWF 8,100) deposited to Account titled “Rwanda Revenue Authority” opened in all commercial banks of Rwanda.
3. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to RWANDA BROADCASTING AGENCY (RBA) P.O BOX 83 KIGALI. Tel: 0252 576540 FAX: 0252 576185 or umucyo.gov.rw.
4. Well prepared and scanned price schedule and other required administrative documents shall be uploaded and submitted to umucyo.gov.rw not later than 31/08/2020 at 14:00 PM Local time. Late bids submission will be rejected by the E-procurement system. Bids will be opened automatically by E-procurement system prior the deadline for submission 14:10 pm Local time.
5. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Law N°62/2018 of 25/08/2018 on Public Procurement.
