JOB DETAILS:
The Rwanda Forensic Laboratory (RFL) funded by Government through its ordinary budget, towards the cost of provision of Acquisition and installation of temperature monitoring system for RFL mortuaries intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
The Rwanda Forensic Laboratory (RFL) hereby invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the tender of Acquisition and installation of temperature monitoring system for RFL mortuaries as indicated in the statement of Requirements.
Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises or Cooperatives specialized in the field with a certificate of company registration (trading license).
The Tender Document in English may be obtained any time from the eProcurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw). For submission of their bids, all interested bidders must pay non-refundable fee of Six Thousand Five Hundred Rwandan Francs (6,500 Frw) paid to the Account of Rwanda Revenue Authority opened at any commercial bank. The Proof of payment must bear the tender reference number of the tender.
The Bid Security of Three Hundred Thousand Rwandan Francs (300,000 Frw) shall be required for this tender. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed only through the eProcurement system (use the request for clarification button). Any clarification may be requested by writing using the procurement system not later than 15 calendar days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.
The interested bidders should come for site visit where the installation will take place:
• Venue is the office of Rwanda Forensic Laboratory;
• Date: 19/08/2020;
• Time: 15:00 local time
All bids written in French or English language will be submitted online using the eProcurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw) not later than 14th September 2020 at 13:00, Local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system.
Bids will be opened automatically by the eProcurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw) on the same day at 13:30, Local time.
The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the opening date of the bids and the bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 62/2018 of 25/08/2018 governing Rwanda Public Procurement..
