Access Bank Rwanda Plc invites bids for the upcountry Musanze and Rubavu branch revamping:
1.Interested parties may inspect the above branches yard between 9am and 2pm from the 24th January 2022 to 25th January 2022. Those intending to visit are required to contact the Head of EBS on Tel: +250 788-456-399
2.Bidding documents will be offered to all interested bidders experienced in similar services after submission of proof of payment of nonrefundable fees amounting to Frw 15,000 to be paid on the Access Bank acount number: 228530005

Submission Procedure
3.The submission of sealed bids shall start from 28th January 2022 and ends on 31st January 2022 at 12pm. Tenders received after the deadline will be rejected.
4.The bids will not be opened in public due to covid 19 preventive measures. The successful bidder shall be notified within a period of not more than 5 working days thereafter.
5. The bank serves the right not to publish the outcome of the bids.
6.Interested parties must submit their bids in sealed envelopes, at the reception on the 3rd floor of Head Office, clearly marked, "Construction Works For Renovation Of Rubavu And Musanze Access Bank Branches-2022"
