PRESENTATION OF THE IGITI CY'UBUGINGO CENTER
1.VISION
A holistic and community project, aimed at promoting an integral, true and sustainable development of people, in a community infected and affected by HIV / AIDS, the majority of whose members are traumatized following genocide and conflicts, are subjected to violence and live below the poverty line.
2.MISSION
Empower people, especially women, families and local communities so that in their environment, they can fight the spread of HIV and take care of people infected and affected by HIV / AIDS, manage their psychological trauma and face the challenge of poverty.
3. SUBJECT OF THIS NOTICE OF RECRUITMENT
As part of its project to “ strengthen the capacities of vulnerable women ” executed in partnership with Trocaire Rwanda, the Igiti cy'Ubugingo Center would like to recruit a project manager in the Nyaruguru District while implementing the project activities in the above-mentioned territories. .
Main responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Director of the Igiti cy'Ubugingo Center, the manager will carry out the following tasks:
• Plan, prepare and report on the activities that the Igiti cy'Ubugingo Center proposes to carry out in the said project and which are mainly linked to the support of widows, families in conflict and mother-mothers carried out through different sessions;
• Make home visits to homes in conflict with families to help them get out;
• Listening and counseling of project beneficiaries who need it;
• Regularly monitor the development of social cohesion within households and make documentation that can be published;
• Collaborate with the basic administrative authorities and other partners for the smooth running of project activities.
• Participate in meetings organized in favor of the above-mentioned parties; especially the sub-regional meetings and workshops which bring together the partner organizations of the project;
• Analyze the situation of domestic conflicts and violence based on gender and sex and propose alternatives as the person in charge who knows and meets the victims and promoters of social issues
• Other activities will be offered to him by his superiors within the Center Igiti cy'Ubugingo

Applicants must meet the following conditions:
• Have at least a bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or other related fields;
• Have proven experience in the field of rural communication and group leadership;
• Have the ability to write narrative reports in French and English;
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet and Power point
• Have excellent oral communication skills in French, knowledge of English is also an asset;
• Having a driver's license, category A would be an asset;
• Female applicants are more encouraged;
• Be free from all other commitments.
