Job Description
1. Ensure the appropriate provision of medical services to RSSB Beneficiaries
• Receive RSSB affiliated patients in the health facilities
• Issue documents used to access to medical benefits in health facilities
2. Prevent and detect fraud in medical services
• Verify the authenticity of the beneficiaries’ identities and the regularity of their membership cards
• Verify the conformity of benefits documents after the patient is received by the service provider

• Approve and sign all regular vouchers after their control
3. Report risks and incidences that may affect service provision
• Report to the hierarchy the professional hazard, traffic accident, vehicle accident victims; and professional diseases cases
• Prepare monthly reports on the counter’s operations
• Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor
