TENDER NOTICE: CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO CONDUCT RWANDA MICROFINANCE SECTOR ASSESSMENT

The National Bank of Rwanda hereby invites eligible bidders to submit their proposals for consultancy services to conduct Rwanda microfinance sector assessment.

Request for proposals may be obtained from Procurement Division upon presenta- tion of payment proof of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF 10,000) to Account n° 1266500010001 named "BNR Current Account" opened at Na- tional Bank of Rwanda.

Technical proposals must be accompanied by a bid security of an amount indicated in the request for proposals in Rwandan Francs or equivalent in a convertible currency. Well-printed proposals, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original, must reach the Procurement Division of BNR, KN 6 Avenue, 4, second floor not later than 22nd August 2023 at 10:00 am local time. Technical proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at National Bank of Rwanda on the same date at 10:30 am local time. Late proposals will be rejected and returned unopened. All envelopes should clearly indicate the tender title and the name of bidder.
