JOB DETAILS:

NYABIHU DISTRICT .

Job Responsibilities
• Land demarcation of the site, Layout maps of the site in 1:1000 scale indicating grid lines and contour lines, water ways;
• Carrying out topographical survey and preparation of plans (Layout maps) and report (Reconnaissance survey of the area);
• Ensure proper supervision to check if quality standards have been followed;
• Handing all field data and survey reports to the District project focal person, to RWFA and IUCN and District;
• Perform any other assignment attributed by the community leader in collaboration with local leaders.

Job Qualifications
• A0 in Geography, Topography, Land Surveying and GIS.
• At least one year of working experience in land surveying for establishing radical, bench and progressive terraces.
• Having good community team working skills.
• Providing survey instruments, tools, materials, labours who qualified to assist the topographer where needed.
