You will be the second-in-command, responsible for the 21A expansion of our program – our biggest expansion yet! We will open 80 new shops – across 5 new districts. The goal is to open the shops on-time, and to deliver quality services as soon as they’re open! .

Job Responsibilities
• Hiring Field Leaders, and later Officers. We will need to hire 1x Director and 2-3x Managers per district. Later, we will hire again for 80x Officers.
• Coordinating the Expansion Team (15+ people) for a few months. Once they’re hired, the Field Directors will support you in completing the expansion. You will be responsible for delegation of some tasks, as well as follow-up and coordination.
• Scouting sectors to decide if we’ll expand to every sector in the chosen districts.
• Pitching the program to potential AGD partners, and then selecting our partners: You will co-host meetings at the district level, with a goal of convincing all of the best AGDs in a district to apply to join our partnership. After they apply, you’ll recommend which partners to select.
• Setting performance targets for the new shops: You will collect required baseline information and set performance targets in coordination with the Execution Lead.
• Innovating a process to send set-up materials to the field for new PShops: You will figure out how best to deliver a “shop in a box” to all new shops.
• Coordinating the Launch Training for new shop officers: You will figure out how we will do Training-of-Trainers, and who will deliver the training. Then you’ll execute it.
• The expansion will be considered done once Officers finish all training, and start field marketing. At that point, your role will change, and you will join the RRT Execution Team.
• After the 6 months, you will transition into a support Coordinator. As the Support Coordinator, you will be involved in two primary types of work:
• Execution & results management, to achieve our impact, sales, & repayment goals. You will go to the field regularly, make observations and recommendations, create materials like tools and talking points, and help us to understand and communicate how the program is performing. You may also design and run surveys, yourself or through the Outgoing Call team.
