All proposals from interested and qualified bidders must be submitted electronically through the UGHE Procurement System https://ughe.app/eprocurement/index.php no later than 10:00 AM Kigali time on February 06^th , 2025.

It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that their submission is completed by the deadline and all documents are Signed, Submitted in PDF format and Free of viruses and corruption. Failure to adhere to these instructions will result in disqualification.
