All proposals from interested and qualified bidders must be submitted electronically through the UGHE Procurement System https://ughe.app/eprocurement/index.php no later than November 15,2024. 23:59 Kigali time 

It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that their submission is completed by the deadline and all documents are Signed, Free of viruses and corruption. Failure to adhere to these instructions will result in disqualification.

The results of the public opening session will be available in the eProcurement system starting on November 16, 2024.
