Competent bidders can obtain the details of the tender along with the terms & conditions of the tender from Umwalimu SACCO Head office KIMIRONKO-GASABO-KIGALI; Street No: KG 205 St on any working day with effect from 27/01/2025 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (FRW10,000) on account No. 00040-0028889-58 of UMWALIMU SACCO opened in Bank of Kigali.

Well printed bids, properly bound, presented in three copies, one as the “ORIGINAL” and other two marked as “COPY” with a mention to the outer envelope of “Tender for the provision of Comprehensive Air Conditioning Maintenance Services” must be presented to Umwalimu SACCO Head office at the reception not later than the 17/02/2025 at 10:00 AM Local time. The public opening of the bids shall take place on the same day at 10:30 AM Local Time in the Umwalimu SACCO conference room. Late bids shall be rejected and returned unopened.
