TITLE: Execution of Construction Works for a New DUTERIMBERE-IMF PLC Branch in Kabuga

DUTERIMBERE-IMF PLC launches a national call for tenders for construction works of new branch at Kabuga.

Participation in the competition is open on equal terms to all companies or firms specializing in this field.

Interested bidders may obtain the tender documents from the Executive Assistant’s office at DUTERIMBERE-IMF PLC headquarters, located in Kanogo, starting from February 24^th, 2025. The documents will be provided upon presentation of a non-refundable payment slip of Thirty Thousand Rwandan Francs (30,000 RWF) deposited into Account No. 100000960629, titled “DUTERIMBERE-IMF PLC” at the Bank of Kigali.

A mandatory site visit will take place on February 27^th, 2025, at 10:00 AM local time in Kabuga. The visit will be conducted by an official representative of DUTERIMBERE-IMF PLC.

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, properly typed in English, properly bound and presented in two copies (one original and one copy), should be delivered to the Executive Assistant’s office at DUTERIMBERE-IMF PLC headquarters no later than March 3^rd , 2025, from 10:00 to 10:30 AM. and be accompanied by a bid guarantee of Five Hundred Rwandan francs (500,000RWF) issued by an approved Bank or insurance company. Late Submission of bids will not be considered.

The opening of tenders will take place at the headquarters of DUTERIMBERE-IMF, PLC on the same day at the same time, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Tenders will remain valid for a period of 30days from the submission deadline.
