CALL FOR APPLICATION FOR ZERO LONELINESS TRAINING AND MENTORSHIP

We (TELE-MENTORSHIP) are socio-economic mentorship organ which provides online training and short courses to young professionals in partnership with some International E-Learning Platforms. Those courses are related to new social services, field work services, data services, digital services and newly business projects abided by adequate mentorship, aiming to empower professionals to new jobs creation, getting job promotions, changing a carrier, mastering a hobby and doing newly businesses in those industries.

The current business project is called "Zero Loneliness" and contains newly and highly profitable services which must be implemented by interested young professionals (Trainees /Mentees) in their home cities. Now, we are calling for application for zero loneliness professional training and mentorship, in order to generate zero loneliness service providers in each city of Rwanda.

TRAINING COURSES, TOPICS AND MENTORSHIP

Course 1: “Zero loneliness business profitability and benefits” with the following topics:

• What is Tele-Mentorship in deep?
• What are Zero loneliness business profitability and benefits?
• How to get ownership in zero loneliness business?

Course 2: “How to deal with the loneliness”,with the following topics:

• Loneliness history and trends world wide
• Consequences and benefits
• How to detect yourself loneliness and loneliness to other
• Loneliness general diagnostics in terms of ordinal care

Course 3: “How to provide zero loneliness services in terms of business”,with the following topics:

• How to set zero loneliness services as individual business in specific city
• How to provide “Home Together” service
• How to provide “Relax Together” service
• How to provide “Journey Together” service
• How to provide “Line Together” service
• How to promote and to advertise yourself as zero loneliness service provider.

Adequate mentorship:

• After third course, the next is an adequate mentorship for maximum six months to strengthening our trainees in their businesses to keep up their capacity to provide zero loneliness services as business owners

LEARNING SCHEDULE AND CLASS LOCATION

Course 1 and 2 will take place online class via google meet,Via Alison E-Learning Platform from 6^end December 2024 up to 5^th January 2025, three program per day, three days per week. Morning program 9:00-11:00AM CAT UTC+02:00, Afternoon program 2:00-4:00PM CAT UTC+02:00, and evening program 7:00-9:00PM CAT UTC+02:00. Each participant will attend any program for free of charge, according to his availability. Knowing that a real time communication will be displayed into WhatsApp group.

Course 3 will be learned in physical class and will take place in Kigali City Galaxy Hotel (Kiyovu) through three cohorts, two programs, 12 days and Central Africa Times (CAT UTC+02:00) as follow:

• First Cohorts-Day Program will start on 12^th-13^th December 2024 9:00AM-4:00PM
• First Cohorts-Weekend Program will start on 14^th-15^th December 2024 9:00AM-4:00PM
• Second Cohorts-Day Program will start on 19^th-20^th December 2024 9:00AM-4:00PM
• Second Cohorts-Weekend Program will start on 21^th-22^th December 2024 9:00AM-4:00PM
• Third Cohorts-Day Program will start on 26^th-27^th December 2024 9:00AM-4:00PM
• Third Cohorts-Day Program will start on 28^th-29^th December 2024 9:00AM-4:00PM

Course 3: Adequate mentorship: For fist cohort, will start from 2end January up to 2end July 2025

ELIGIBILITY PROFILE

• Having 18 Ages Old
• Being Rwandan by nationality and dwelling in Rwanda
• Ability to understand, speak, write Kinyarwanda and at least one language from international languages
• Willing to service people in your home city as zero loneliness services provider and business owner
• Having capable Smart Phone or computer laptop and strong internet for attending online classes
• Awareness about Rwanda Hills, Landscapes and recreational places is an advantages
• Likeliness of making pick neck and relax in team
• Public speaking knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to pay for fees detailed below for training and mentorship on time
• Female Young Professionals are encouraged to apply

LEARNING MODEL

Participants will understand the loneliness, how to deal with the loneliness and delivering zero loneliness services using notes, written scenarios, video scenarios and team practices. TELE-MENTORSHIP will encourage and support adults learning mood with high degree of participation in order to get more outputs from trainees/mentees

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

TELE-MENTORSHIP expect to build a dream team of young professionals who are skilled and working in zero loneliness business and who can help in expanding the business in order to generate African Countries Franchises and city service providers for zero loneliness business in each African country within all cities.

TRAINING FEES AND PAYMENT MODEL

• For participating in first and second courses, will be free of charge, only certification fees will be paid after winning
• For participating in third course in physical class (Galax Hotel), Also for continuing to be hosted in six months mentorship, all requirements will be communicated within online class of first course
