COPEDU PLC invites interested and eligible company to submit their quotations for comprehensive supply of essential items to COPEDU PLC.

1. Submission of quotation will include:

• Letter of application
• Company profile and experience
• Copy of Valid tax clearance from RRA.
• Copy of RDB Certificate
• Copy of RSSB certificate

2. The successful bidder shall be sign for one year framework contract with fixed cost on each item renewable following a successful evaluation.
3. The financial proposal:

• The proposed price will be based on unit price
• All taxes and delivery cost should be included
• The increase of contracted price should not exceed 20% during period contract

4. Submission of proposals:

Interested company should submit their quotations on 13^th October 2023 at COPEDU PLC not later than 11:00 AM at HQ Kicukiro-Sonatube, opening will be on the same day  same time.
